You can reserve as many nights as you need up to a month and you have the option to pay with your credit card or directly at the place.
The best thing is that it includes the opinions of other passengers that are very useful when deciding which hotel or hostel to reserve.
Airbnb is an excellent option for the most expensive destinations or when you want total independence. You can reserve a room in a house or a whole apartment or house. The interesting thing is that in many cases you have direct contact with ordinary people who can give you advice on what to do or see in that city.

To find the cheapest flights
Skyscanner has been for years my favorite search engine since it offers many options to look for the cheapest flights. You have an option to search for flights anywhere in the world and offer you a calendar view to see the cheapest dates.

It is my second option to look for cheap flights, its functions are similar to Skyscanner but it also includes many LowCost airlines.
My Travel Gear, What do I have always with me?
When I travel with only hand luggage today I am carrying a very comfortable and practical backpack, which also has a good design. The Faroe Arcido backpack is designed by travelers so it has all the pockets and divisions necessary to organize everything, even has a special pocket for the laptop that opens quickly to pass through airport security.
Since I bought the Sony Alpha a6000 has accompanied me in the last 3 years of travel and has been the best decision. Being a mirrorless camera, or mirrorless, it is compact, fast and with very good quality in the image. In addition, its metallic cover makes it very resistant and special to travel all terrain. I have taken it to destinations with extreme temperatures and it has always been excellent! Best of all, it fits in any handbag or women’s purse without anyone noticing that you carry it with you.
I recently incorporated the new Huawei Mate 20 Pro and I love it with all my heart. It is a super machine, fast with 128GB of memory and also has three built-in cameras that take pictures of impressive quality for a mobile phone.
Best Apps to move around and make things easier
Google Maps Essential to locate me wherever I go. The best part is that you can download the maps by cities or sectors to use when you do not have data or internet connection. You can also create place folders and save your favorites in each destination.
MyMaps is the Google application that allows you to create your own maps. It serves to record tur routes and favorite places anywhere in the world.
Maps.me is one of the most useful applications to have maps without an internet connection. It is also free and all it requires is free memory to store the data of downloaded maps.
A Translator is Indispensable to communicate in the destinations where you do not speak the language and English or Spanisdoesn’t’t work. I have had whole conversations in markets and with relatives of friends through a translator.
Today I use Google Translate and Microsoft, you find it by Translator app
XE has been my favorite for years to calculate currencies, it connects to the internet to update daily and is very accurate in almost all currencies.
To share your adventures with the world
Instagram is my favorite social network, is for me, not only the platform to share my best photographs, but also the not so glamorous day to day through the Instagram Stories. I also love being able to see the work of other travelers and look for inspiring places to meet.
Facebook is one of the best ways to stay connected with family and friends is through Facebook, where I not only share my work but also part of my daily life. It is also useful to find information on pages and groups and also find friends in different destinations.
For me, it has been the most complete and free way to share my experiences and data about the places I travel and my experience of many years traveling in different ways and countries. It is an arduous job and you do not necessarily have to do it professionally, you can have your free blog for the sole pleasure of helping others and sharing your trips or also investing time and money and thinking in a professional way like this blog for example.

Undoubtedly, the visible face of any Blog is the design. Elegant Themes has one of my favorites that is the DIVI theme, very modern, versatile and easy to use. It has very intuitive construction tools and beautiful templates ready to use. In this blog, I am on the way to implement it but I use it in the other websites that I have designed, for example in ACBV, the biggest Travel Bloggers association in Chile.
